I usually dont leave a review, but i have to say customer service is great! Both the owner and the manager are so nice. I was getting an error on the washer and it wont drain, its my fault, I put rugs in their 30lb washer,I thought it will be fine. I called the number to get some help, and he immediately sent the manager, and in 12 mins she was there, such a helpful lady! And didnt give me an attitude, usually attendants kinda give you an attitude when something goes wrong. They had to force the washer to open, causing water to spill out the floor, I felt so bad, and offered help, she told me not to worry about it and that she got it. She even helped me move my stuff to a bigger washer . We used to go here years ago and I have never seen this place so clean and tidy like this. Kudos to the new owner and manager for maintaining the place and for your kindness! Godbless! Thanks again!
